About us
Sudholt Brewery is a brewery, based at Sudholt in The Ostrand. The company was founded on 19 November 1809 by Liesl Brenn.
Established in the early years of the country, Sudholt Brewery continue to supply a light ale for the summer and a dark for the winter from Sudholt. The house has passed through 6 hands and changed its name once; its manner of doing business has not changed at all.
Our founder. Liesl Brenn, shopkeeper, was born at Grauholt on 15 October 1776 and died on 29 February 1840.
What we did
Sudholt Brewery traded as a brewery at Sudholt. The house supplies a light ale for the summer and a dark for the winter. Samples may be seen at Sudholt; terms cash, or approved bills.
